California’s political power center has rested in San Francisco and the Bay Area for decades. No longer. We firmly believe that the revival of our state will begin in Los Angeles and Southern California. Rebuilding our state political infrastructure must start with rebuilding our conservative donor base in California FOR California. That starts in LA.
California has its fair share of problems, and the answers to solve them are complex and changing. For conservatives, problems are structural. We seek to change this by fortifying our infrastructure, reinvigorating the donor base, investing in top talent, and throwing out the old playbook to meet the new political reality head-on.

The Left understands this and, for decades in California, has been at work building permanent political infrastructure and working year-round to develop and cement political power. To win again, we believe a new model for center-right politics is required—a model that puts donors in the driver's seat and is focused on building the tools and capabilities to fight year-round.
Project LAC will catalyze the political center-right of Los Angeles County by assembling a world-class community of members, building permanent, member-driven political infrastructure, and providing candidate support through our PACs. Its success can transform California politics.
